Mylk The Label offers FREE SHIPPING within Australia on all Australian orders over $100. 
Within Australia, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all parcels and send via Australia Post Express network and Fastway Couriers. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified and receive a tracking number. Please allow 1-4 business days to receive your order.
Please note we are in the office Monday-Thursday. Orders will be picked and sent within these working hours. Mylk does not dispatch orders Friday-Sunday or Public Holidays.
Mylk is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed during transit. If you require any additional information or have concerns with your delivery you will have to contact the courier directly.
Shipping to New Zealand

We charge a flat rate of $19.95AUD for Standard International Delivery on all orders. 

We use Australia Post International shipping services that have a 7-15 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.  

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. 

Please note: All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Mylk The Label is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.

Can I use Mylk The Labels images?

Yes! As a stockist of Mylk The Label you are welcome to use all product images provided on our website, mailouts and instagram, as long as you tag us and mention our brand name "Mylk The Label".

We recommend saving product images when you order and as you see them as we do not always keep the photography for extended periods of time.

Do we offer label exclusivity?

Due to growing demand of our label nationally, we do not offer geo-exclusivity to stockists. However, if you are a stockist with regular and consistent orders representing our brand, we do try to limit stores around your area.

Do we supply to market stalls?

We currently do not supply Mylk The Label products to markets stalls. All stockist must have a bricks and mortar store or fully operational online store.

What do I do if a garment is faulty?

If in the event you receive a faulty item please email for assessment of the item and further instruction.
