Returns Criteria:

All items should be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with intact tags, and free from stains or fragrances.

Items not returned in their original condition may be subject to a dry cleaning fee, or we will return them to the sender.

For sets, please ensure both the top and bottom are returned together.

Should you require a change of size the item can be returned at the customers expense. Please email us at prior to sending your exchange to ensure we hold the new item for you to avoid missing out. Once we receive your item, we will honour an exchange with 1 free return postage.

Any items purchased with a discount of 50% off RRP or more are FINAL SALE, they cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect size. 

All other sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for credit notes.

Mylk reserves the right to deny any returns that are received outside these conditions and will be sent back using 'return to sender'.

Returns Timeframe:

Enjoy a worry-free return process within 30 days from your purchase date for a refund (excluding sale items).

After 30 days, we will process returns as credit notes.


A $10 fee will be applied for returns using the "return to sender" option.

Exchanges: Once we receive the original item at your expense, we'll dispatch a single replacement item from our warehouse at no extra cost.

Faulty items may be eligible for a $30 refund for alteration if the issue is fixable.

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 5 business days from receiving the item for us to process returns.

Return Procedure:

  1. Download and print our Customer Returns Form (below). Fill in the form with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Secure Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely, preferably in the original or reusable packaging. Include the completed Returns Form.

  3. Return Address:

  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return. Once we receive the item(s) and verify they meet our return policy, we'll process your exchange accordingly.

In the unlikely event that the item you receive is damaged or faulty please email us at immediately before returning the garment back to us. Please provide a description of the fault and image within the email. We will assess if the item is deemed faulty and send an approval email with our return address.

All garments are quite delicate and may become damaged if correct care instructions are not followed.
Due to the nature of some fabrics composed for their fashionable qualities and fit, this can include shrinkage, colour fading and other outcomes. It is advised that all items from Mylk be cold hand washed only.

A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the garment with the identical item or if the fault is major as per Australian Consumer Law.

 Faulty items may be eligible for a $30 refund for alteration if the issue is fixable.
