All items must be sent back in original condition- unworn, unwashed, no stains, no fragrances, tags still attached etc. In the rare instance that an item is not received in its original condition, you will be charge a dry cleaning fee or item will be returned to sender.
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Mylk reserves the right to deny any returns that are received outside these conditions.
Items can be returned for credit or exchange. We do not offer a refund for change of mind or sale items. Should you require a change of size the item can be returned & returned at the customers expense. Once received, we will honour an exchange with 1 free return postage.

In the unlikely event that the item you receive is damaged or faulty please email us at email@example.com immediately before returning the garment back to us. Please provide a description of the fault and image within the email. We will assess if the item is deemed faulty and send an approval email with our return address.
All garments are quite delicate and may become damaged if correct care instructions are not followed.
Due to the nature of some fabrics composed for their fashionable qualities and fit, this can include shrinkage, colour fading and other outcomes. It is advised that all items from Mylk be cold hand washed only.
A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the garment with the identical item or if the fault is major as per Australian Consumer Law.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use Mylk The Labels images?
Yes! As a stockist of Mylk The Label you are welcome to use all product images provided on our website, mailouts and instagram, as long as you tag us and mention our brand name "Mylk The Label".
We recommend saving product images when you order and as you see them as we do not always keep the photography for extended periods of time.
Do we offer label exclusivity?
Due to growing demand of our label nationally, we do not offer geo-exclusivity to stockists. However, if you are a stockist with regular and consistent orders representing our brand, we do try to limit stores around your area.
Do we supply to market stalls?
We currently do not supply Mylk The Label products to markets stalls. All stockist must have a bricks and mortar store or fully operational online store.
What do I do if a garment is faulty?
If in the event you receive a faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assessment of the item and further instruction.
