Easy Returns with Redo

  • Customers can add Redo Free Returns at checkout for $6.15.
  • If purchased, return shipping is FREE for exchanges or store credit.
  • If not purchased, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Mylk The Label is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit. Please contact Australia Post directly for any issues with delivery.

New Zealand Shipping Rates

  • Orders under 0.5kg: $24.95 AUD
  • Orders 0.51kg - 1kg: $27.50 AUD
  • Orders over 1kg: $32.50 AUD

Sent via Standard International Post with an estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days (customs processing may cause delays).

United Kingdom Shipping Rates

  • Orders under 0.5kg: $24.95 AUD
  • Orders 0.51kg - 1kg: $48.00 AUD
  • Orders over 1kg: $58.00 AUD

International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to sales tax, duty, and/or customs charges, which are not included in the order or shipping cost.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes upon entry into their country.
  • Shipping times vary by destination. We use Australia Post International services with an estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days.

Additional Information

  • Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number and your tax invoice. If you do not receive this email, please let us know and we can have it resent. The email address used to place your order will be used to communicate any tracking updates.
  • If you have made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to fix up the issue before your order is shipped. Our couriers collect parcels throughout the day, so we cannot guarantee that any amendments will be actioned prior to shipping.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they are sent.
  • If your shipping address is a company, please ensure that you include the company name within the address field. Australia Post may not be able to deliver to commercial addresses if the company name is not listed.
  • If your order is returned to sender due to an incomplete address or failure to collect from the post office within 10 business days, you will be charged the Australia Post return to sender fee of $15, as well as the flat rate cost to reship your order to your location. Free shipping is voided upon return to sender.
  • If you have any issues with the delivery of your parcel, please contact hello@mylkthelabel.com with your name and order number and we can follow up with our couriers.
  • We offer 1 free return paid postage on each order for exchanges. Optional $6.15 Redo cover pre-pays the first return shipping. All other shipping costs are set by Australia Post and are the customer’s responsibility.
