Black Friday Sale – Terms & Conditions

Promotional Period

The Mylk The Label Black Friday Sale runs from 11:00am AEST Wednesday, 13 November 2025 until 11:59pm AEST Monday, 1 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
The offer is valid only during this time and cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the Promotional Period.

Eligibility & Discount Details

  • Discounts apply only to selected items as marked on the website.
  • Prices are as shown and no further discount codes may be applied.
  • All discounts are automatically applied at checkout during the Promotional Period.
  • The offer is available while stock lasts, and no rainchecks will be provided once items are sold out.
  • Mylk The Label reserves the right to extend, modify, or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.

Exclusions

  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotional codes, including welcome codes, loyalty offers, or influencer discount codes.
  • The offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Gift cards, shipping fees, and full-priced items not marked as part of the sale are excluded.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless the item is deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • For eligible items, orders placed between 12 November and 2 December 2025 will be covered under our extended 60-day returns period.
  • To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in their original condition.
  • Standard return and exchange policies apply after this date.
  • In the event of a return or exchange, the discounted sale price will not be refunded or reinstated once the Promotional Period has ended.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

Due to the high volume of orders during our sale period, order changes, cancellations, or address updates cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed. Please review all details carefully before completing checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders will be processed as quickly as possible; however, shipping delays may occur during the sale due to increased order volumes.
  • Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly stated and are subject to standard shipping terms.

  • Mylk The Label reserves the right to verify the validity of any order and to cancel or refuse orders placed under fraudulent circumstances.
