If your order includes a Pre Order item, the entire order will ship together once the Pre Order arrives.If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing these as a separate order.

Every Pre Order item is assigned a dispatch timeframe, shown within the description of the item.This means your order will ship once the preorder item arrives for dispatch.

Please note Australia Post delivery times are excluded from this dispatch date.

You'll receive tracking details as soon as your Pre Order item has been sent.

We like to give our customers flexibility.Pre Orders can be cancelled for a store credit any time before dispatch.Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

10. Missing Parcels

All orders are sent with tracking, and customers are responsible for checking their parcel status using the tracking details provided.

If your parcel has not been received, you must contact us within 6 weeks of placing your order so we can lodge an enquiry with the shipping carrier.

Due to carrier tracking limitations, any delivery issues raised after this period cannot be investigated, and the parcel will be deemed delivered and received.
